There, he led the development, FDA submission, and market launch of On/Go, one of the first FDA-authorized over-the-counter COVID-19 home tests with a smartphone-based AI test reader. At Intrivo, he was also responsible for building the technology organization, infrastructure, and served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Most recently, Bill was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Laboratory Operations at NeoGenomics, a publicly traded next-generation sequencing (NGS) oncology diagnostics company. In this role, he oversaw the development, implementation, and support of all software systems supporting clinical testing operations, including the enterprise LIMS.
